TRAIL WALKTHROUGH:  This trail will start at the Merry-Go-Round 1 parking lot. We’ll venture Northwest and head uphill.  Our goals will be to go see Amir’s Garden and the old  LA Zoo area.  Depending on the hikers’ experience, we might hike further up the hills to higher peak.

RECOMMENDED: Comfortable hiking shoes with good grip.  1.5 to 2 Liters of water.
