Looks like we got just the weather we were looking for last night and this morning. La Verne hike, here we come! Please note the trail might not be as dry as we are used to it, so you may not want to take your white shoes today. See you there!
REAL HIKE NAME: Marshall Canyon Trail

HIKE MEET TIME: 8:15 am – 8:30 am

HIKE MEETING LOCATION:
Rite-Aid Parking Lot
1480 Foothill Blvd
La Verne, CA 91750
(After we meet, we’ll drive closer to the trail head area)
DRIVE TO HIKE: 8:30 am
HIKE TIME: 8:35 am
HIKE TYPE: Medium-Beginner to Medium-Moderate
DURATION: 2.5 to 3 Hours
DISTANCE: 6 Miles Round Trip
HIKE WALKTHROUGH: This relatively easy shady hike will take us from trail head in the residential area of La Verne along side a golf course and into the canyon trail. We’ll go deep in the trail where we will go under a bridge and pass along a few old abandoned shacks. We’ll be 3 miles in when we reach our turn back point. We’ll head back along the same trail.
RECOMMENDED: Comfortable Shoes, Water, and maybe a snack. Hat or Sunscreen in case.
