HIKE DURATION: 2 hours (Approx.)
HIKE DISTANCE: 3 miles approx (round-trip)
TRAIL WALK-THRU: We will start off on a flat trail for the first 1/2 mile. And then, we’ll start to go up plenty of uphill at a gradual incline (it’s a workout). Our goal is to touch the water tower at the top! There is a magnificent view of the surrounding area, almost 360 degree view. We then will go down an easy trail which leads us out the rest of the way back to the flat trail which brought us in.
REQUIRED: WATER, at least 1 liter. Comfortable walking/tennis/hiking shoes.
RECOMMENDED: Small snack. Hiking pole. Pack light.
NOT RECOMMENDED: Small children.
NOTE: This is a real work out, you will sweat. However, the view from the top will be worth the hike.
DOG FRIENDLY?: Yes, but small dogs may get tired. Remember the to bring a leash and a baggy!

MY FRIEND SAID I CAN DO THIS HIKE, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT, RIGHT?
Contrary to popular belief, you know your body and hiking experience better than your friends. Whether you are a first-timer or an experienced hiker, please read our hike details page as the hike may not suite your experience level. We have a better experience if every hike has hikers of the intended level.
